Shabbir Hussain has spent 40 years inside flour mills. Not selling to them — inside them. Designing, building, wiring, and starting them up at 4 a.m. when the first wheat goes through.

The man from Gujrat
One man answers for everything
In the trade they call his way of working "A to Z." It means one man answers for everything: the architectural drawings, the civil construction, the machinery, the electricals, the solar array on the roof, the installation, the staff training, the flour testing, the day-to-day running.
"In forty years I have never handed over a mill I hadn't started with my own hands. Get the cleaning section and the roll passages right, and the extraction follows — everything else is just talk."
That is the business his son is now putting online, so that a mill owner in Taxila or a buyer in Nairobi can find in one search what Punjab's millers have passed along by word of mouth for four decades.
Where it started
Burhan Flour Mills, Gujrat
2003The first mill he built single-handed — from the ground up — stands in his home city: bare plot to running mill, design through commissioning. Twenty-plus years later it is still the proof he points to first, and every tonne of it runs through machinery and a flow sheet laid out by one engineer.

Why we exist
Making four decades of knowledge findable
For forty years this knowledge lived in one notebook and one phone. Buyers who searched online found Chinese exporters and Indian catalogues; the man who had actually built Pakistan's mills was invisible. SH Engineering is the fix: the same workshop in Gujrat, the same engineer, with published prices, written warranties and a one-hour reply promise.
The machines carry his standards — European-standard roller mills built with imported bearings, fabrication from 10 days, 12-month warranty (parts & on-site servicing, all machines, in Pakistan). The website just makes them findable.
